Lex was educated at Queen’s University, Belfast, BA Hons

Member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland

Lex trained with John McKee and Son, qualifying as a Solicitor in 1967. He became a partner with the firm in 1971.

Lex’s main areas of expertise are in company/commercial law, commercial property and banking law. He has been described in the Legal 500 as having a “first class reputation in the market”.

Lex has been lead advisor in relation to the banking aspects of many of the PFI/PPP projects completed to date in Northern Ireland.

In his spare time Lex enjoys travelling- in particular to athletics meetings.
