Julie works in the Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning Department. Julie advises clients in making Wills including discretionary and disabled trusts, wills for co-ownership of property, mirror wills, wills documenting business interests and tax planning. Julie also advises clients in drafting and registering Enduring Powers of Attorney, dealing with registration and issues surrounding practical application including questions of competence and mental capacity. Julie also assists in making applications to the Office of Care and Protection for Controllership whereby a person has lost capacity to take care of their own financial affairs. Julie also acts on behalf of Executors in estate administration.

Julie is qualified to practice in both England & Wales and Northern Ireland.
