Alison is a member of the firm’s banking team and represents Banks and other financial institutions advising on all aspects of security documentation and banking law. She acts on behalf of local Banks, notably Ulster Bank Limited, Bank of Ireland, First Trust Bank, and Anglo Irish Bank Corporation plc. She is also the only solicitor in Northern Ireland to act on behalf of specialist bridging finance providers, Goldentree Financial Services plc. Clients acknowledge her ability to meet tight deadlines.

In addition, Alison advises private clients in respect of enduring powers of attorneys, controllerships, wills and the administration of estates.  Her particular area of expertise and interest is the appointment of a controller when someone is incapable of managing their own affairs.

Alison is one of the members in the firm responsible for liaising with Business in the Community and recently organised the firm’s volunteer day at Women’s Aid, Belfast.

In her spare time, Alison’s main interests are swimming, pilates and eating out. She also enjoys travelling abroad and is an Ulster Rugby fanatic!
