Emma joined John McKee & Son in 2007 from leading city of London firm Trowers & Hamlins.
Emma trained in London and qualified there in 2001 and is now qualified to act in both England and Wales and Northern Ireland.
While working in London Emma specialised in acting for both commercial clients and charities in a wide range of transactions from Planning Agreements, large high profile re-development and re-generation projects to commercial sales and acquisitions.
In addition, Emma has a wealth of experience acting for high profile lenders in Property Finance and Banking both in England, acting for Abbey, Lloyds and Dexiam and in Northern Ireland for Bank of Ireland, Anglo Irish Bank Corporation plc, Ulster Bank Limited and Natwest.
Outside the office Emma is a keen photographer and yoga enthusiast taking her mind off the restoration project which is her house.
