John McKee and Son Solicitors

Lisa graduated from Queens University of Belfast in 2001. She began her apprenticeship with John McKee & Son in 2001 and is now an assistant solicitor in the commercial and corporate department having qualified in 2003.

Lisa is a member of the firm’s banking team and acts for financial institutions. She specialises in banking and finance transactions and in particular corporate lending and security, including development finance and acquisition finance.  She acts on behalf of local banks, notably Ulster Bank Limited, AIB Group (UK) plc and Anglo Irish Bank Corporation plc.  She has also advised Austrian Bank, Raiffeisen Zentralbank in respect of securitisation and compliance matters.

Lisa has also developed an expertise in corporate insolvency and advises financial institutions in this area.

In her spare time, Lisa is kept busy looking after her young son, but tries to find time to enjoy her main interests of walking, reading and going to the cinema.
