Clare is a graduate in law from Queens University, Belfast.
Before joining John McKee & Son in March 2008, Clare worked as a Legal Executive in the Banking Litigation Team at Arthur Cox Northern Ireland.
Clare has gained considerable experience in all aspects of debt recovery to include Small Claims proceedings, County Court proceedings and High Court debt cases together with experience in Bankruptcy proceedings against individuals and Winding Up proceedings against Companies. She also acts for Financial Institutions and lenders in relation to High Court repossession actions and consumer credit cases to include obtaining and enforcing judgments.
Clare also has experience in Domestic Conveyancing, repossessions sales and re-mortgaging.
In her spare time, Clare’s main interests are going to the gym and running.
