Sam joined the firm in July 2015 as a paralegal and was accepted as a Trainee Solicitor in 2016. Having completed his studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Belfast, Sam was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in October 2018.
Sam works in the Litigation Team, working alongside Partners Leonard Edgar and Chris Ross dealing with County Court and High Court defence litigation claims involving personal injury, motor, public liability, employer's liability and product liability on behalf of major insurance companies and corporate clients. Sam also advises insurers, construction and corporate clients in relation to indemnity issues, policy disputes and Health and Safety matters, including representation during the course of HSE investigations.
Sam also deals with a number of private litigant personal injury claims at all levels.
Outside of the office, Sam enjoys playing volleyball and supporting the Ulster and Irish Rugby teams.
